Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online flower shop and add any bouquets or gifts you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the checkout button and you will be asked for the details needed to complete your order.
We accept most credit and debit card payments including Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay, and Klarna.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order as normal and your card provider will convert the transaction into your local currency.
You may also order and pay for flowers over the telephone by calling us.
Orders that are cancelled online or via telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, any complaint must be made within one working day of delivery.
We always aim to reach a fair resolution and will normally offer either a replacement or a refund depending on the nature of the issue.
